Meet Dustin
I was born and raised in sunny Florida. My parents immigrated to Marco Island from Germany in 1979 and raised me speaking fluent German and harboring a strong work ethic and drive for success.
I began my career as a real estate agent in Orlando, Florida with one of the city’s first downtown high-rise projects as well as a town-home community. Both real estate projects sold out in record time.
Currently, I service the Tampa Bay area as a realtor and broker. I pride myself in having a high level of communication with clients, expert negotiation skills and the knowledge base to guide clients with buying and selling a home. I look forward to meeting with you.
Meet Julia
I am a native Floridian and graduate of the University of Central Florida. I began my real estate career in 2004 as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker the Condo Store and quickly found my passion in helping people find their dream homes.
I’m Dustin’s older sister and proud partner of Gulf Coast Team Realty. I have enjoyed my many years of guiding clients find and sell their homes and look forward to helping you!
Meet The Team
Gulf Coast Team Realty is a small, family owned company where Dustin and Julia take great joy in guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process. We handle each real estate transaction as if it were our own with care, diligence and integrity.
One unique aspect to our team is that Dustin is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (RD8330) and Julia maintains a Registered Trainee Appraiser License (RI24743). This certification and active role in the appraisal industry provides our team a rare skill set and education, making our team experts in real estate valuation. We look forward to meeting with you.
